We have a thorough selection and recruitment procedure, and all our staff are members are DBS checked. We continually train and develop our staff to ensure they are up to date with current practice.

We have a dedicated team of care staff who work with people in the community and office staff who are based at our office in Nottingham. Many of our staff have worked in the care settings for many years.
